The first thing I noticed on this was certainly the heart. How it's made into a heart is fantastic and I love it! So very creative I must say! The lines have been done very carefully and how you've designed it is brilliant. The stars going down implies to me beauty, love and rest. The colors you have used to make it stand out so much!!!
However, to make it look simply fab, you could like add shading around the edge or try and do a 3D looking on.. just thinking about the way this would look in 3D Makes me think of how class that would be O:!
